News and file desks lose the next shift when the zip that arrives is a pile of anonymous loops — no still, no prompt, no note that says why a glossy cut never shipped. SeeAPI is the main workspace home for that pack: one account, one balance, the Seedance 2 spend that can return one-to-one after 2.5, and the compare view the next editor has to rerun without a phone call.
Handoff day is a folder the night editor can open, not a festival of new adjectives. If the zip cannot answer which still was locked and which frame failed, the August return looks like doodles to finance. The next person will regenerate from memory. Memory is how a second face, a second badge, or a second caption gets into a package that already “looked done.”
Empty Zips Make The Return Look Like Doodles
Looked complete in the download count until the night editor opened the archive. Twelve files named render_final. No still. No reject. The largest face frame could not be matched to a source photo. That single miss sent the package back to rework and burned the same-day window the morning show still needed.
The object is a case, not a vibe. A case has the approved still, the prompt that named only the allowed move, and a one-line pass or reject. Without those three, eligible Seedance 2 spend cannot teach the next shift anything, even if the credits later come back. On the live desk, editors usually discover the hole only after the morning rundown is already locked. That discovery burns the same-day window and sends the package back for a still that should have been in the zip at 6 p.m.
Unreadable type on a lower third inside an unnamed loop is the same fail. If the still showed a name, the clip must keep it. A melted chyron plus a pretty orbit is still a reject, because the next editor cannot defend the spelling on air. Write the spelling in the note. If the note and the frame disagree, the static graphic goes and the motion waits. Do not leave the disagreement for the morning meeting.
One Account One Balance Is The Handoff Home
The main site frames the product as one account and one balance across models. That matters on a desk that already juggles image and video in the same week. The night editor should not hunt a second vendor login to see why a clip was discarded. They should open the same workspace, find the still, and rerun the compare.
Credits never expire and sit in that one balance, whether they arrived as a subscription or a pack. The promotion folds returned Seedance 2.5 credits into the same idea: spend that qualified today should still be spendable later, on the same account, without a weekend coupon that dies.
Permanent Credits Land In The Same Balance
Through August 31, eligible credits spent on Seedance 2 return one-to-one as permanent Seedance 2.5 credits after launch for signed-in users. The live line is plain: create with Seedance 2 and get 100% back for Seedance 2.5. A zip without a still cannot claim that line as a learning budget. It is just a debit with a pretty thumbnail.
Yearly Floors Only Help A Named Case Folder
Public yearly floors on the main pricing page include Starter at $199 for 24k credits, Pro at $799 for 150k, and Studio at $1199 for 320k. Those numbers are planning language for a desk that already knows which cases it will rerun. They are not a reason to fill a zip with anonymous loops “because the bucket is large.”
Free accounts stay on 10 credits a month with a watermark. Paid paths unlock HD without the mark and commercial use. If the next editor is supposed to publish, the file in the zip has to come from the paid lane. A marked preview in a “master” folder is a handoff fail.

Starter Pro Studio Are Planning Numbers
Pick a floor after you can name the weekly case count, not before. A Studio bucket full of unnamed renders is still an empty zip in practice. SeeAPI will show a healthier balance. The night editor will still ask where the still went.
How To Pack A Motion Case Before Anyone Leaves
Pack the zip like a reporter packs a field kit. Boring names. One still per case. One prompt text file. One line that says pass or reject and why. If a contractor cannot reconstruct the compare from the zip alone, the pack is not done.
- Put the approved still in the folder with a name that includes the story slug.
- Save the prompt as a text file next to it.
- Export the clip with the same slug plus pass or reject.
- Add a one-line note: which frame was checked, what failed.
- Keep preview and master in separate subfolders.
Include The Still The Prompt And The Reject
Three files, not twelve orphans. In our pipeline the night editor opens the still first, then the clip, then the note. If the note is missing, they assume the cut never cleared and they do not publish. That assumption has saved more mornings than a prettier filename.
Name Files After The Case Not The Mood
Use mayor-acta-sello-reject, not cinematic_v9. Mood names are how two people generate the same story twice and both think they are first. Case names are how a debit becomes a reusable test after 2.5 lands.
Official Flow From The Main Workspace Home
The Seedance path inside that home stays linear: choose Fast, Quality, or Lite, write the prompt, attach the still, generate, compare. The Seedance 2.0 API page is the focused video lane. Start from the main account so the balance, the history, and the later 2.5 credits live in one place the next editor can find.
Public API access remains marked coming soon. The pack you hand off today is an online workspace pack. Do not promise an engineering integration in the same zip as a five-second lock test.
Attach Reference Before The Generate Click
Attach first. Prompt second. If the still is missing, stop packing. Generate without a reference is how the next shift inherits a second face. SeeAPI compare exists so that miss is visible before the zip is zipped.

Use This Pack Skip The Anonymous Render Folder
Use the pack when the next editor must rerun the same still without calling you. Skip the anonymous render folder when you cannot name the lock. SeeAPI will still hold the credits. The story will not hold if the still is gone. Pack the still first, then the prompt, then the note, then the clip. That order is the handoff. The other order is a morning argument.
Spend on Seedance 2 now only when the zip can teach. Let the one-to-one return fund a 2.5 retest of that same case. An empty archive taught the desk nothing, and the night editor will not wait for a second philosophy of “we will remember.”
