ii) The grouping of powerful servers in large nodes gives us a low response time and high quality of delivery comparable to Amazon, Akamai, and Google Cloud.

iii) High level of individual settings and customization for enterprise clients. For example, any PoPs location opening, dedicated IP addresses, dedicated Edge servers, custom rules and configs, and so much more.

iv) Best Asian Prices on the market.

Cons:

i) Few features: BlazingCDN’s feature set is relatively limited, as an example, only limited protection against DDOS.

ii) PoPs in Australia are available only in individual plans with traffic from 1PB per month.

Bunny.net

50+ network locations: The company has a vast network of servers located in 50+ countries around the world. This ensures that your content is delivered quickly and efficiently to your target audience.

Versatile file and image optimizer: The company also offers a versatile file and image optimizer that can help you improve the quality of your content.

Cons

No web application firewall : Additionally, the company does not offer a web application firewall.

KeyCDN

Pros:

  •  Low prices: KeyCDN is one of the most affordable CDN providers on the market. Their prices start at just $0.04/GB.

Fastly CDN

Pros

 i) The VCL configurations can be written manually to allow for custom configuration.

ii) A total of 37 POP locations are available.

iii) A free plan is included.

iv) Cache is almost immediately cleared.

Cons

i) It can be difficult to set up.

ii) A higher price than some of the competitors.

iii) Results are limited to mid-range speeds.

AWS CloudFront CDN

Pros

Scalability: CloudFront distributions scale automatically according to the amount of requests your files are receiving and do not require any modifications to the configuration to accommodate the increased demand, which makes CloudFront an ideal choice for serving static content on a website or for a rapidly growing application.

Ease of setup: CloudFront distributions are easy with S3 or an HTTP/HTTPS custom endpoint to serve as a source of file. Once it is set in place, CloudFront requires no maintenance to keep working. This means you can use the time to focus on more productive tasks such as building out the business software.

Flexible configurations: You can modify the distributions of CloudFront to include different caching rules based on the kind of files that you’re serving. For instance when you have various types of content that are delivered from the same domain, and you would like to apply different expiration rules within the CloudFront cache for different sections of your application or website You can do this on a very specific scale.

Cons

High cost at scale: CloudFront prices are pay-per-use. This means you pay small if users to your Serverless website or application isn’t too high. Using CloudFront can become very expensive as traffic increases.

Lack of visibility: When using managed services, the simplicity of use and configuration often compromises the control you normally enjoy over the infrastructure. CloudFront is a private solution that is not a public service, and even though Amazon offers a tutorial on improving CloudFront capacity for caching, you won’t have much insight into how exactly the caching system is working across all regions and for every type of request. It can result in slower performance as compared to a self-hosted alternative that you can adjust to suit your specific needs.

Akamai CDN

Pros

i) Hugely powerful.

ii) Comprehensive video and image manager.

iii) Large and speedy network.

iv) Excellent support.

Cons

 i) Pricing isn’t transparent.

ii) Intimidating for CDN newbies.

Google Cloud CDN

Pros

 i) Maximum speeds

 ii) Massive configurability

 iii) In-depth documentation

iv) Easy compatibility with Google’s cloud storage and other services.

Cons

 i) Complex pricing structure.
ii) If you’re not using a Google origin server, setup might take longer.

Conclusion

There are many CDN providers in Asia, and choosing the best one can be difficult. However, by considering the factors mentioned in this article, you can narrow down your options and choose the best CDN provider for your business.
