There are 2 ways to find the Download URL or any uploaded file.

1) Once the file is uploaded, its download URL will be displayed in the same page as below. Which can be immediately sent to their friends by using the form in the same page by entering their friends email ids.

2) If the user wants to know the download URL of a previously uploaded file, he go to My Files option in the Top menu.

Clicking on that will be redirected to the page with all the uploaded files till date. Every file will have a Download Link option displayed in the table of Uploaded files, as shown below

Selecting the option 'Link' as shown in the above image, which will in turn display the Download URL of that particular File.
